Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your Go Bright service.

  • A pane is an individual section of glass framed on all sides. For example, a classic double-hung window that slides up and down is made of two separate panes of glass.

  • Not a problem at all. Our team performs an accurate walk-around count immediately upon arrival. If your actual count changes your pricing tier, we'll let you know before we clean a single piece of glass.

  • As window specialists, we can safely and effectively clean exterior glass in light rain. However, if severe storms, high winds, or freezing temperatures occur, we'll contact you immediately to reschedule for the next clear day.

  • If you're receiving an exterior-only service, you don't need to be home. We just ask that gates are unlocked, screens are removed from the inside if necessary, and outdoor water spigots are turned on. For interior services, an adult must be present to let our team inside.

  • Our office team reviews your request and sends a scheduling acknowledgement within 24 business hours. A final arrival window is assigned approximately 24 to 48 hours before your service date.

  • We count by what's around the frame — not the little grids. A French or multi-lite window still counts as 1 pane per frame, or 2 if it's double-hung. Decorative grids do not increase the exterior pane count. Interior French or multi-grid windows may be priced differently because they require additional hand-detailing.

  • Interior window cleaning automatically includes a vacuuming and wipe-down of tracks as a normal part of the service. Deep steam detailing is a separate premium service.

  • No. We specialize in professional window cleaning and related detailing services. We do not offer pressure washing, siding washing, driveway cleaning, or general pressure-washing services.

  • You can cancel your plan at any time. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
